Finding affordable dental insurance can be quite challenging. Having no insurance coverage can prevent you and your family from getting necessary treatment to stay healthy. Our dental savings plan is NOT dental insurance, but it is less complicated, more affordable and easier to understand.

No Yearly Maximum – No Deductible – No Pre Authorization

Members of our dental savings plan will receive 100% coverage for the following services:

• 2 cleaning annually
• 2 doctor examinations annually
• All necessary diagnostic x-rays annually
• Fluoride treatments (if needed) annually
• In addition to these listed services, the following procedures will be offered at a 15% reduced fee.

Reduced Fee Services:

• Fillings
• Root canals
• Crowns
• Sealants
• Veneers
• Non surgical gum treatment
• Bridges, dentures, partials
• Implant crowns
• Night guards

*15% savings does NOT include sleep apnea/snoring devices, after hours exams, tooth whitening (bleaching) or products.

Cost Of Plan – $298 Per Year

• Each additional household family member: just $250
• Plan is valid for 1 years after purchase date
• Plan is renewable
• Payment for services must be made at time of service to receive the 15% discount
• Any service not paid at time of service will be billed at our usual fee
